I work with MSF, but this was such an innovative and amazing way to show the stories of the people themselves. Absolutely brilliant and so moving. Thank you for doing it!
On one side, the perfection of every single panoramic shot and the accuracy in the selection of the material are stunning. It is beautiful, it is eye-opening, and it is heart-breaking. Honestly, this is the best AIDS-related work I have ever seen.
I think that this is precisely what we all need to raise awareness on AIDS - no one buys the image of children in little huts anymore. I think the only way to attract attention to this issue is by showing people the reality - which is extremely well displayed in the scrapbook.
This is not senseless flattery. I love the way it shows a lot of sides of the problem - the resistence of people to Western medicine, the hope, the sacrifice, the relative joy...
All I can do now is congratulate you. Thank you for allowing us to have a real sight of reality. Best of luck with your project.
This video has captured what words could not have expressed. It gives a glimpse of what the real world is all about. In short and not to sound too exaggering I would like to thank you to be in the midst out there and show us the reality, of lives affected with AIDS & those with Hiv+. A marvellous job Mickael.Thanks. Would be priviledged to be of any help in this endeauvour to spread awareness on AIDS
I was struck by not only the alive imagery but also your words. I do hope many people view this multimedia tour for it truly does illuminate not only the realities of AIDS in the underdeveloped world but also the lack of resources, infrastructure, jobs. Thank you for your work.
I was supporting MSF over the last years with donations and this page certainly has contributed that I will continue the support. It is just money from my side – I therefore would like to express my admiration for all the local and international workers of MSF for their courage, strength and endurance to transform this money into real help where it is needed most. It is only through them my donations gain any value – it is highly appreciated!
